Race 1

AGM will take place in the car park or on the beach at the base of the slipway, weather dependent.

If you have any proposals to put to the AGM, please email bobbie.sauerzapf@btinternet.com by 23.59pm Wednesday 10th July. Teams and individuals will be notified of any proposals shortly thereafter.
Rule 21. AGM voting – AGM votes will be restricted to one per team, if individuals wish to attend and vote they will need to agree between themselves and vote as one. Any voting will also require each team to be represented in person at the AGM.

Post race coffee may be available at the RNLI shop or Smallsticks café, if open.

Distance: 5km approximately (ladies and men)
Fee: £1 per person (which will be donated to the Lifeboats)

Parking: Park in the pay and display car park (fee payable).

Race 2

DATE: 16th October 2024, 2.00pm
Location: Wells Beach Car Park, Beach Road, Wells-next-the-sea NR23 1DR

Event – Confirmed – Event entry cut off date: Sat October 12th midnight

Park at Wells Beach car park (pay by card). Toilets available plus cafe.Donations of £1 a head welcome. Proceeds of this race and Summer race 1 will be donated to the RNLI. Summer visitors may have spotted that this car park does not admit camper vans. This restriction should be lifted by October, but please let us know if you intend to travel in a vehicle which may have trouble with the height barrier and we will advise Holkham car park staff.

Course starts by the wheely bins and follows the Norfolk Coast Path to The Lookout at Lady Anne’s Drive. Here, turn right up the boardwalk to the beach. On the beach turn right and follow the beach back to Wells to the finish at the start of the beach huts. Run on the sand, not in the dunes
