Terrain: Mixed, small amount on road. Suitable for spikes
Parking: Yes, £2 CASH per car – all the money goes to Whitwell station charity and the food bank
Toilets: Yes – remove muddy shoes before going in
Changing facilities: No. Please only use the hall in clean dry clothes. Please change at your vehicle
Refreshments: Yes, pay as you go
Meadows: NO SPECTATING in the meadows including the water crossing. We DO NOT have permission for this access, only for the participants to pass through. Thank you. Please take off all muddy shoes BEFORE you go into the hall and the toilets. We want to be allowed back. So bring a change of clothes and shoes and change at your car BEFORE you go and enjoy a cuppa and cake please. The beautiful hall we get to use is NOT a changing facility. The venue is used for weddings and all sorts of lovely events and their furniture doesn’t need to be spoiled by muddy bottoms and feet. If you accidentally make a mess anywhere please see the staff so it can be dealt with quickly.

Parking in the field. If you are driving an exceptionally large vehicle (minibus or large campervan) you may wish to park on the hard standing adjacent to the Bowls Club. We will be requesting a £2 per car donation; this is to cover the cost of use of the facilities at the farm (portable toilet). Please endeavour to bring some change.

Please note: No Spikes due to new composite boardwalks

Course: One lap of just over 5km for ladies, two laps for men.

Facilities:
Portable toilets at Broadland Country Park – please do not use the car park !!!.
A tea wagon will join us – another reason for bringing some change.

£2 cash to park. Money for parking goes to Ladybelt Country Park to assist with upkeep/improvements etc.

One lap 5km for ladies, 2 laps 10km for men.

Terrain: Muddy tracks and grassy paths.
Suitable for spikes: Yes

Terrain: Undulating, grassy field paths, some granite chip tracks – private land only open on day of event.
Parking: Yes, £2 Cash
Toilets: Portable toilets – please do not use the car park or the cafe toilets unless you have changed at your car !!!.
Changing facilities: No.
Refreshments: Nice cafe on site – please support them.

DATE: 26th February 2025
Whitwell and Reepham Railway Station

Terrain: Mixed, small amount on road. Suitable for OLD WORN spikes as there is a small road section but there is plenty of mud in middle and sides of the road . No river crossing.
Parking: Yes, £2 per car – all the money goes to Whitwell station charity
Toilets: Yes – remove muddy shoes before going in
Changing facilities: No. Please only use the hall in clean dry clothes and shoes. Please remove ALL race shoes before re-entering the hall after the race. Please change at your vehicle
Refreshments: Yes, pay as you go

Terrain: Mixed heath and woodland. Some sections are narrow. There will be fallen trees to jump/climb over/limbo under.
Suitable for spikes: Yes (there are very hard off road sections though and short sections of tarmac at the start)
Parking: Yes £2 per car. CASH please
Toilets: Yes – No muddy shoes
Changing facilities: No
Refreshments: tea, coffee and biscuits/snacks. Suggested donation 50p, CASH please. Proceeds will be donated to British Heart Foundation.
Please ensure you remove any muddy shoes prior to using the indoor facilities
